"Anonymous Information" is information that does not identify you, and may include statistical information concerning, for example, use of our Services, types of volunteer work performed, or the Rewards awarded to our users in aggregate. "Personally Identifiable Information" means any information that could reasonably be used to identify you, including your name, address, e-mail address, birth date, telephone number, photograph or any combination of information that could be used to identify you.
3. How We Collect Information and What We Do With the Information

When you engage in certain activities on the Website, such as requesting information, participating in a beta service, or completing a survey, we may ask you to provide Personally Identifiable Information. We will use the information to respond to your communications, to administer the programs and operate, support, maintain and improve the Services for which the information is collected, to resolve disputes, send you notices, and for internal purposes. Additionally, we may share such Personally Identifiable Information with Sponsors, Beneficiaries and other third parties in accordance with other applicable provisions of this Policy.

Additionally, we will share such Personally Identifiable Information with Campaign Sponsors and Beneficiaries as needed to provide the Services, enable Sponsors to award Rewards, and notify Beneficiaries about their Volunteers. We will not disclose or share your Personally Identifiable Information with anyone else.
C. Notices and Bulletins. Periodically, we, Sponsors and Beneficiaries may send Service Users announcements about Rewards, Campaigns, news, bulletins, marketing materials, or other information, and will use Personally Identifiable Information to send such communications. You can opt out of receiving some or all of these communications; however, if you do opt out, you may miss the opportunity to participate in Reward Campaigns.
D. Photos. Your Facebook Profile picture will be used in Campaigns with posts of volunteer activities, within the app and when you share to Facebook; however, using the app you may choose to replace this photo at each instance of sharing your volunteer activity, when using the app, but not when using the widget. If you choose to replace your Facebook Profile picture, the replacement image will appear within the app's Activity Stream, but your regular profile picture will still post to Facebook. When you choose to use the Service to post to your Facebook wall, you consent to Cabot Creamery Cooperative posting to Facebook as you and making your post available and accessible to people on Facebook as your privacy settings allow.
